Forest Hill police report that the shooting occurred just before 11 a.m. at Slappy’s Express Car Wash on Forest Hill Drive.
Two armed men exited a four-door Kia, approached the victims, and opened fire before fleeing the scene.
Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, both Lil Ronnie and his young daughter—who had recently celebrated her 5th birthday on March 2—were pronounced dead on-site.
Police Say Shooting Was Targeted
Investigators believe the attack was premeditated.
While authorities have identified one of the suspects and issued an arrest warrant, they have yet to release their name.
