Shemar Moore took to Instagram to bid farewell and express his gratitude to “S.W.A.T.” fans after CBS officially pulled the plug on the wildly popular series.
Following the series finale on Friday, May 16, the 55-year-old actor—who portrayed Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson throughout the show’s eight-season run—shared the following heartfelt message:
To my @swatcbs FAM and FANS!!!! Thank you for riding with us and tuning in for 8 YEARS!!!!! It’s been one beautiful, thrilling, and amazing ride!!!
