Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller is facing serious allegations of domestic violence after being accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend at their Dallas home this week.
Dallas police have confirmed the issuance of a warrant for Miller’s arrest on charges related to assaulting a pregnant person.
The incident unfolded on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Uptown area of Dallas, triggering a police response to a reported “major disturbance” in the 3100 block of North Harwood.
Miller and the alleged victim, reportedly his longtime girlfriend, were involved in a heated argument that escalated into an alleged assault.
Despite Von Miller leaving the scene before the officers arrived, he now faces a third-degree felony charge in Texas for assaulting a pregnant person.
The victim, although not hospitalized, received on-site treatment for minor injuries.
As of 10 a.m. Thursday, Miller had not been arrested.
WFAA attempted to reach Miller’s attorney for comment, but there was no immediate response.
The Buffalo Bills issued a statement acknowledging the incident:
This news comes amidst Miller’s complex relationship with Megan Denise, which gained public attention in 2021 when Denise exposed alleged text messages from Von Miller.
Their relationship experienced public drama, but they later reconciled.
While it has not been confirmed that Megan Denise is the pregnant girlfriend involved in the recent incident, she has deactivated her social media accounts.
This remains a developing story, with updates expected as more information emerges.
